Return & Refund Policy

At Happynex , customer satisfaction is important to us. However, to maintain product quality and prevent misuse, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.

NO RETURN & NO REFUND
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products once they have been delivered.

REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
We only offer replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged, or
  • The wrong product has been delivered.

To request a replacement, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded while opening the package.

UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
The unboxing video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The entire unboxing process
  •  The damaged or incorrect product

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

REPLACEMENT REQUEST TIME
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email us with the following details:

  • Order number
  •  Unboxing video
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

REPLACEMENT PROCESS:

Once your request is verified and approved:

  • A replacement for the same product will be arranged.
  • The replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days.

NON-ELIGIBLE CASES:

  • Replacement requests will not be accepted if:
  • No unboxing video is provided
  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered
  • The issue is due to customer misuse
  • The request is based on change of mind
