Cancellation Policy

At Happynex, we understand that plans can change. Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before the product is dispatched.

Customers can cancel their order directly using the “Cancel” button available on the order details page, before dispatch.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
